If you have a back issue, you may benefit from work on your chest, neck, shoulders, abdomen, glutes, hamstrings or quads - often the area causing the issue may be somewhere other than where the pain is felt.

Includes back of legs, back, shoulders, neck, face, scalp, upper chest, arms, hands, abdomen, front of legs, and feet. 

All areas are optional and more time can be given to the remaining areas should you wish to omit one or more areas.
